Live! The DARPA Grand Challenge It's IT Conversations' first ever live sporting event!
All day Saturday, March 13, we'll be broadcasting a live
audio stream (Windows Media) from the ITC Embeds --
our team of road-warrior geeks with cellphones.
The race
of autonomous ground vehicles begins at 6:30am PST.
So far we don't have anyone to cover the start of the
event, but if we do we'll be on the air that early. Check
the ITC web site during the day for our live streaming schedule.

Live Coverage of the Grand Darpa Challenge? This morning I read on Dann Sheridan's webblog that he's planning to blog live from the finish line. That gave me an idea: Is anyone interested in live streaming audio coverage of the event?
If there's enough interest and if I can get an ad-hoc on-site team of people with cell phones, we can do all-day live streaming coverage. If you want to participate, drop me a message: doug@rds.com.
