ITC Streaming Stats On Monday we delivered live streaming audio
of the O'Reilly Digital Democracy Teach-In to 124 unique users
who were connected for an average of 149 minutes. At the peak,
we had 34 simultaneous listeners. Not bad considering there
was zero advance notice (intentionally), so the only way to
discover the streams was by word of mouth. Also not bad
considering we had our share of technical glitches, mostly due
to the unreliable connectivity between the conference and our
content-delivery network. We learned a great deal from this
experiment and plan to pu that knowledge to good use in
bringing you future live events.
