It's Getting Ugly. The politicians are encouraging everyone to conduct "business as usual," but overzealousness is getting in the way. It's bad enough that CNN, MSNBC and Fox are broadcasting, "There's no reason to fear anthrax!" 24 hours a day, but take a look at this story: United Airlines impose literary standards. Like books with bombs on the cover? Well, then you're obviously a terrorist. Yup, a man in Philadelphia was denied his seat on a plane because of the book he was reading. [kuro5hin.org]
