Broadwing Raises the Bar on SLAs. I've been campaigning for web-hosting vendors and ISPs to include off-net connectivity in their SLAs. Broadwing is taking a cut at this by covering its private peering arrangements with AT&T, WorldCom and Sprint. Ultimately, SLAs can include *all* peers by comparing aggregated measurements to industry averages rather than to the performance of specific connections.
